The President of Puntland, Mr. Said Abdullahi Deni, tonight attended the closing ceremony of the Somali Consultative Conference (Aayo-ka-tashiga), which was successfully concluded by the Somali Future Council in the city of Kismayo.
The President expressed his gratitude to the Government and the people of Jubaland for their warm hospitality during the conference, praising their role in ensuring the successful organization and outcome of the event.
Furthermore, Mr. Said Abdullahi Deni expressed hope that the resolutions contained in the conference communiqué would play a significant role in guiding the future of the country and contribute to the implementation of a consensus-based election that will take place on time, grounded in dialogue and national agreement.
